Microsoft Azure App Registration

Microsoft offers logs, events, and alerts for a variety of services, however, a majority of these products support the IAM management Azure offers in Azure AD. This allows Cyderes to leverage a single Azure App.

Create Azure App

• Navigate to https://portal.azure.com
• In the search bar, enter App registrations
• Select the App registrations service in the search results
• Select New registration
• Name the new application 'Cyderes' and leave the Sign-on URL blank as it is not needed

• Navigate back to the main application blade and select Certificates & secrets
• Under the Client secrets header, select New client secret. Name the secret "Cyderes" and choose an expiration. Click Add to finish the configuration. Make sure to note down the Client Secret ID and Client Secret Value, as these will need to be sent to Cyderes and can only be viewed once after creation.

Gather Information for Cyderes

• Application (client) ID
• Directory (tenant) ID
• Secret ID
• Secret Value
