Requirements

The Atlassian account with a generated API token must be created for ingestion from this source.

Configuration - API Integration

Ensure that the Atlassian account used for this source has the Administer Jira permission. Atlassian's documentation on how to manage this global permission can be found here.

Create an API token using the Atlassian account from the previous step. Atlassian's documentation on managing API tokens can be found here.

Gather Information

Provide the following information to Cyderes to complete implementation:

1. Atlassian account email address (format: your-account@organization.domain)
2. Atlassian account API token
3. Your organization's Atlassian domain (format: your-org.atlassian.net)
