Workspot Control

Cyderes supports the ingestion of logs from Workspot Control.

Workspot Control provides personal computers in a Software as a Service model. Events relate to management of the Workspot Control virtualization environment, administrative access, changes made using the control plane, and changes made to resources.

Caveats / Known Limitations

Virtual desktop (workstation) host logs are collected using other end-point security products and are not collected with this integration.

Requirements

Request API activation from the Workspot Control customer portal.

Configuration

Credentials are labeled as "Splunk" on the Workspot Control user interface.

Gather Information

Provide the following information to Cyderes to complete implementation:
